For over 25 years, I’ve worked in international education across the globe, from Colombia to Thailand. I’ve led teams, navigated challenges, and embraced the complexity of leadership in diverse cultures. Currently, I’m a PhD student researching women’s leadership for global good, blending research with real-world insights to help leaders thrive.
