My main challenge as a leader is that I lack confidence in myself, despite my knowledge, skills, experiences and positive feedback from peers. Because of this, I deal with self-doubt and I am unable to push myself forward as a leader. There's something in me that hesitates and I simply just find it difficult to acknowledge the potentials in me that others perceive.
