Arrange a Collaboration Call to see if we connect and to see the areas you would like to develop. In this call we may do a quick leadership assessment to guide our conversations.

Goal setting is key to knowing that you have made progress. We will set achievable goals to get you where you want to be.

Taking action is the next step to achieving your goals. In our coaching sessions we can work through the skills and steps you want to take to achieve success.
Between our sessions you will have time to implement what you have learned. We will then reflect on and celebrate your success.

The coaching session is a professional partnership. You can expect a confidential space for you to share your ideas and thoughts without judgement. Our open conversation will be focused upon your goals and there will be relevant leadership tools and strategies shared along the way.

Most clients find that booking a session every 2-3 weeks gives them enough time to implement and take action between sessions. Some goals need more frequent support, for example during recruitment, and clients have the option of booking sessions weekly.
Leadership clients usually book a 6 hour package, used over a 3-6 month period.
The leadership lounge is a online community where you can find your tribe of international school leaders. Leaders, just like you, supporting each other to make leadership simple (well simpler).
You will benefit from group chat, online learning with leadership masterclass workshops (live online and recorded in the library) and drop in help sessions.
